Character Illustration starting at $75

Includes three illustrations (at least one bust and full body each) and simple BG

- Includes full body front/back, headshot, color palette, and text.

Gore, heavy drug use, fetish
Extreme body types
Explicit NSFW
Hate themes
Emulation of other artists style

Tasteful nudity or NSFW situations
Humans (would prefer not)
Extremely complex characters
Heavy environmental scenes (i.e. the image is more focused on the background than the character)

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms listed below

General

- I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to commission.

Payments/Cancellations/Refunds

- All payments will be done via Paypal invoice in $USD.
- Each commission will be invoiced separately, even if there are multiple commissions from the same client.
- Commission must be paid in full prior to work starting.
- I may cancel and refund, in full, a client at any time.
- Clients may cancel if requested. Refund amount depends on how much work has been put into the commission. Refund of 90% if no work was started, 70% if work is in the sketch phase, 50% if work is beyond the sketch phase.
- Clients will receive what work has been done, if any.
- If client stops responding for more than 14 days without notice, I may cancel the commission and client will receive a refund in the amount described above.

Process

- Clients must provide at least one reference sheet per character (unless commissioning a reference sheet). If there is no reference sheet, a photo of the full body character is fine as long as it's flat colored. Additional fees may apply if there is only an idea/concept of a character or working from a description (which will require more WIP feedback to ensure characters are correct).
- WIPs will be provided for feedback.
- The amount of WIPs will vary based on the piece. For example, ref sheets may have extra WIPs to ensure character is correct, while a headshot may only have a couple.
- At minimum a sketch, linework, and near final WIP will be provided for feedback.
- Major changes may be requested at the sketch WIP stage. Major changes after this stage may incur a fee.
- As my style is constantly evolving, I retain a certain level of artist freedom. However, your commission is guaranteed to be in a similar style and quality as my more recent works.

Turnaround times

- Will vary, but shouldn't exceed 1-2 months. Estimated turnaround times and position in queue will be stated during commission discussions.
- Rush orders/deadlines can be discussed. Rush orders/deadlines are subject to an additional fee. Must be discussed prior to payment.

Artist usage

- I hold all rights to my illustration work, including WIPs and discarded sketches.
- I may choose to upload and display any commissioned illustrations I'd like to my art accounts on Twitter, FA, etc.
- I may use commissioned illustrations to promote my business online and at dealers tables in any way I choose.
- I will NOT use commissioned illustrations for commercial purposes unless discussed with the client.

Client usage

- Client may upload commissioned illustrations to their own personal accounts with proper credit.
- Client may use commissioned illustrations for personal use or to promote themselves (ie: icons, banners, wallpapers,etc) with proper credit.
- Client may print commissioned illustrations for personal use only. (Client may print stickers, artwork, mousepads, etc. so long as all are for personal use and not re-distributed or sold in any way)

Private Commissions

- Clients may request a commission remain private for an additional fee.
- Private commissions will not be used as examples to promote my business or commission openings.
- Private commissions may not be uploaded publicly online by the artist or client.Last updated 1/2/23
